Where are you located?
I am inside Sola Salons in a private studio at: 3780 Riverchase Village, STE 500, Studio 26, Hoover, Al. Right next to Nothing Bundt Cakes, and just down from Newk's Eatery.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule. When you get your appointment reminder, that's a great time to let me know by email or voicemail if something comes up.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! If you're new or considering a big change, I offer complimentary consultations so we can talk through your goals before booking a full service.
Should I wash my hair before a color service?
Yes! Clean hair is always best.
Will my hair look exactly like my inspiration photo?
Inspiration photos are a great starting point to help communicate your vision but every head of hair is unique. Your results will depend on your hair's starting point, previous color history, texture, and overall health. Sometimes it may take multiple appointments to safely reach your goal. I'll always walk you through what's realistic for your hair and create a plan that protects its integrity while getting you as close as possible to the look you love.
When should I wash my hair after my appointment?
It's best to wait at least 24 hours after your chemical service
How do I know which blonding package to choose?
Each service description is designed to simplify booking. If you're unsure, feel free to email me at spinosishairstudio@gmail.com with a photo of your current hair and inspiration. I am happy to guide you.
What is your re-do policy?
If you’re ever unhappy, please reach out within 7 days. I’m always happy to make adjustments so you’re satisfied. Due to the artistic nature of hair services, I do not offer refunds. Please note: a re-do is different from changing your mind or disliking a result that was delivered as agreed upon.
Do you take before & after photos or videos?
Yes! I love celebrating your hair journey. Photos and videos may be taken before, during or after your appointment for use on social media and marketing platforms. If you ever prefer not to be photographed or tagged, just let me know, your comfort always comes first.
Can I work or have a silent appointment?
Absolutely. I completely understand the need for quiet time or the chance to catch up on work. Just let me know. There’s free Wi-Fi and a cozy, private atmosphere.
