Terms of Service
By booking an appointment at Spinosi’s Hair Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Appointments & Scheduling
All appointments must be booked in advance. New clients may be asked to submit photos or schedule a consultation to ensure the correct service is booked.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to offer the spot to another guest. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a rebooking fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full service or may need to reschedule your appointment. Please communicate if you’re running behind.
Payment Methods
I accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay through my secure Square contactless system.
Refunds & Redos
All services are non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns about your results, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment, I kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. My private studio is designed for one-on-one service.
Health & Safety
If you’re feeling unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. I maintain a clean, sanitized studio for the safety and comfort of all guests.
Photos & Social Media
I love sharing my work and celebrating my clients’ hair goals! I may take photos or short videos before, during, or after your appointment for portfolio use and social media. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, just let me know, I always respect your privacy.
